Border Collies Bred to Perform.

Our female, Betsy, is sired by Bill Renihan's "Broken Circle Czar" and out of his female, "Lonerider Mikki." Betsy’s sire, “Czar” has been placing strong in west coast cow dog trials for the past few years. Shown by Merle Newton, he was ranked fourth in the 2005 Pacific Coast Ranch Dog Series. In 2007, he won the prestigious Crystal Rose Cow Dog trial -- the only dog with a perfect score in this two-day competition, with 100 or so top dogs competing. Betsy's dam, Lonerider Mikki was a proven dog in stock dog trials, as well as strong producing dam of successful trial dogs.

Betsy is used here on our place to help with our roping steers and calves. She is 100% Clay’s dog. Clay, age 10, has been fully responsible for her care and management for the past three years. All of the proceeds from the sale of puppies goes into Clay’s college fund.
